Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom villa on one of the finest Public Golf Courses in Orlando.

This fully air conditioned house comes with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room. The Master bedroom and another double bedroom comes with it's own ensuite. There is also a 3rd main bathroom. The main living area has vaulted ceilings which can be cooler in hot weather. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the Garage. The house comes with a private south facing pool which is set back from one of the fairways but is not overlooked. There is a lanai and patio furniture available. The pool can be heated on request.

General Area/Amenities:

Our villa is in the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Even if you are not a Golf enthusiast, visitors to the villa can avail of the wonderful Restaurant and Bar and Golf Shop in the Club House. There are also Community Pools on site as well as a Children's Play Area. There is a Walmart based right outside the gates of Southern Dunes, and a number of restaurants within walking distance. There is a new Shopping Mall area a few miles north on Highway 27 which has a cinema and numerous shops and restaurants.
